Google: History and Development

Google is a United States multinational company that specializes in Internet services and products. These products include search technology, web computing, software, and online advertising most of the profits come from AdWords. Google was founded by Larry Page and Sergey Brin while still a Ph.D. at Stanford University. They both hold 16 percent of the company's shares.

On the restructuring, Larry Page will be the CEO of the new company Alphabet. Sergey Brinn served as President accompanied by Erich Schmidt as Executive Chairman. Meanwhile, Google CEO will be held by Sundar Pichai.

Google has created services and equipment for the business and community environment; including web applications, advertising networks and solutions for businesses.
